Belly bands are great and have multiple functions:

1. wear them in the first two trimesters to extend the life of your pants.
2. wear them with your maternity pants to stop the belly band on your pants from rolling down.
3. wear them postpartum to get back into your pre-pregnancy pants sooner!
4.  Wear then to turn any shirt into a nursing shirt by keeping your sides and belly covered when you pull up a regular shirt to breastfeed!
