Yes, there is a flat shipping rate of $15 for all orders. Occasionally there is Free Shipping on orders of $130+. Shipping rates are always posted at the top of the website.
Do I need an Appointment to shop in person?
Yes. The retail space used for HEA is only 8x12 feet. Only a few sizes can be displayed at a time.
What methods of payment do you accept?
The website accepts all major credit cards, apple pay, and pay pal.
In person cash, credit card, or onsite EMT are accepted.
At pop-up events cash, credit card, or onsite EMT.
What if I am local and don't want to make an appointment?
There is a free local pickup option at checkout.
What if something I bought doesn't fit?
Contact HEA with your order information, responding to the order confirmation email is easiest, and indicate you have items for return. You will receive a code to print a free shipping return label at home or your local post office.
If you're local, you will need to arrange a date to bring your items back.
It's a quick hassle free process.

Do you buy maternity clothing?
No, maternity clothing and breastfeeding apparel are accepted on consignment. HEA also accepts donations.
How does Consignment Work?
HEA moms receive 40% of the sale price of their clothing, and items are held for sale for a whole year.

I want to donate my maternity clothing to HEA, how do I do this?
HEA pays the shipping on all donated items. Clothing must be maternity brands and in wearable condition: no stains, rips or defects.
