Shipping is extremely expensive for small business.

We pay a portion of all shipping costs, otherwise the rate we'd have to charge would scare you away.

We ship 5 Days a week, Monday-Friday

• Orders are processed and shipped within two business days.
• We ship using Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, or Purolator. Which provider ships your order depends on who offers the lowest price
• Couriers (Purolator, UPS and Fedex) require your phone number for the shipping label, which is the only reason we ask for it at checkout
• Due to the rise in shipping costs I've had to raise the minimum shipping rate for orders under $25.

• HEA Maternity ships anywhere in the United States.
• $9.5 flat rate anywhere in the USA for orders over $25
• Orders under $25 ship for a flat rate of $15

• All Sales are final. We can not offer free returns at this time.

Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon

• Free shipping on orders of $250+
• Flat shipping rate is $25 for orders under $250

Mexico

• HEA now ships to Mexico!
• Shipping is the Canada Post Calculated Rate
• All orders are processed and mailed within two business days
• All orders leave Canada via Canada Post Parcel Service, the shipping option you choose may or may not include tracking.
• All sales are final, we can not offer returns at this time.

Europe

• HEA now ships to most of Europe! Take full advantage of the exchange rate!
• Shipping is the Canada Post Calculated Rate
• All orders are processed and mailed within two business days
• All orders leave Canada via Canada Post Parcel Service, the shipping option you choose may or may not include tracking.
